Wemake Fair

I went to the Wemake Fair today. I now understand why my friends (who have kids) always plan ahead for outings with Children and Grandparents. I was so disorganised. Well first of all, I forgot the map, so I couldn't find the craft fair. I planned to get there in the morning and then have dim sum later on. Oh dear, by the time we got there, it was lunch time, so I had to quickly wizz around a (few times) and didn't have much time to really look at what was being sold and buy things.

It all got a bit embarassing, as my daughter forgot her shyness very quickly and decided to take photos of people's shoes instead of their stands (as originally instructed). Yes, she was the rascal with the loud laugh. Then my Dad almost fell as sleep outside as he has a tendancy to fall asleep in warm temparture. So I thought I'd better make a quick exit. I was suppose to meet up with a few fellow bloggers, but my timing was so awful that I missed them. Nevermind, we will meet up for coffee (and knitting) another time. I think I need to be a bit more organised next time.

I did get to meet Helen and other Etsy Sellers. My rascal also received a free goodie.

Your little girl was a real cutie! So lovely to see you there. She was very well behaved too - you might be amused to hear that my daughter ended up doing exactly the same thing when she came back later on, scurrying around the stalls and snapping photos with my camera with me haring round after her!
Hope you enjoyed your dim sum - sounds like you had a nice day out with your family.
Hope to meet you again another time!

How sweet if you daughter! I totally understand how it feels to go out with your family. Mine is a little like that in Japan.
I was kind of sleepy on Sunday too. Strong wind kept waking me up though!!
Hope to see you soon!

Hi Helen, I just saw a photo of your daughter on Lisa's blog. How cute. I like taking her out, although she is hard work. Dim sum was lovely, we ate it all up so quickly, so no photos. :>

Yep we should meet up again some time. Perhaps we could ask Lisa and Kyoko as well?

Hi Robyn,
Thanks for your comments. Yep, Vivian is really into her shoes and clothes, but she can be very picky. She takes after my Mum, who loves clothes/shoe shopping.

Have you seen SATC? I went to watch it with the girls and really enjoyed it...will post about it later.

Hi Kyoko!

Yep, it sure was windy. We should meet up and ask Helen and Lisa to join us? What do you think?
